Refunds

Online Cancellations will have to be submitted through our website using the Cancellation Submission Form. All cancellations will be carried out offline by our Trust Official as per the Refund policy mentioned below. All decisions on refund taken by our Trust Official will be final. Cancellations can only be accepted if the form is submitted more than 3 days from the date of check in.

To be eligible for a return, you must put in the request through the website itself. In case of any issues, the user is required to send an email at info@shrinathjibombaywala.in

Our Cancellation Policy is :

• If the booking cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of check in date : No refund will be provided. 100% of the Booking Amount will be forfeited for all cancellations done within 72 hours from date and time of check in.

• If the booking cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of the check in date, 50% of the Booking Amount will be deducted and the balance will be refunded through either the same mode of payment used by the user or via direct bank account transfer (This will be decided on a case-to-case basis). Refund Amount shall be credited to the User’s Bank Account in 6-7 business days from the receipt of the Cancellation Form Submission date, if applicable.

• If the booking cancellation request is submitted more than 30 days from the check in date, 25% of the Booking Amount will be deducted and the balance will be refunded through either the same mode of payment used by the user or via direct bank account transfer (This will be decided on a case-to-case basis). Refund Amount shall be credited to the User’s Bank Account in 6-7 business days from the receipt of the Cancellation Form Submission date, if applicable.

• Refunds will be provided within maximum 7 business/working days from the date of cancellation.

• Cancellations for days in-between booking periods is not allowed. In case a guest/yatri would like to cancel dates in-between booking periods, the entire booking will have to be cancelled (cancellation rates will apply as applicable) and the guest/yatri will have to make a fresh booking for the necessary dates.
